Custom Order FAQ:
Quotes + Payments
*Quotes for custom orders include a $1200 custom fee (deposit) added to the full retail price of the item.
*Once the design is agreed upon between Joy and the customer, an invoice is sent via Shopify to be paid prior to creating the item.
*Payments are accepted via all major credit cards.
Shipping
*Custom orders take 8 - 12 weeks to produce depending on the availability of the materials and amount of labor required.
*Orders are shipped via Fed-Ex 2-day shipping, fully insured and signature required for a flat rate of $20 or international rate of $100.
Liability of Heirloom Stones
*We work with highly skilled, seasoned craftsman and technicians. All materials are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. When working with heirloom stones, we are not held responsible in the unlikely event that something should happen to the stone.
