Inspired by rituals, symbolism, the spirit in nature, animals and people to evoke strength, guidance and power. The Communion being is a lover and collector of jewelry who connects emotionally to themselves and the pieces that channel their inner strength. They consist of souls who have an appreciation for art, travel and the joy of life, accentuating their look with sacred art.
Designed by Founder, Joy Smith who allows herself to be a creative vessel through holistic modalities such as meditation and guidance by a higher spirit when designing these cherished pieces. All of the pieces are ethically sourced, made from recycled gold, are one-of-a-kind and unique.

I have been sculpting jewelry for over 10 years. I have always loved art since I was a child. I studied some art history in college and dabbled in painting and drawing. My calling for jewelry design came when I worked at an art gallery and realized that I wanted to be the artist. After working in a gallery, I decided it was time to tap into my own artistic side. I started taking lost-wax carving classes at night and I was hooked! I loved the idea of being able to sculpt anything I wanted.
My inspiration comes from nature and the mystery behind the veil of life. This is a feeling I try to capture with my designs. When I give my attention to the life around me inspiration follows. I love ritual and symbolism. I find my inspiration communing with the spirit in nature, animals and people. I love to make jewelry that carries an energy of inner-strength and contains the power from the design or the stones I set into them.
I keep my creative fire going by connecting to people and their stories.
I feel souls who wear my jewelry have a strong sense of self and portray that in their style. They consist of beings who have a penchant for art, travel and the spirit of life. These souls accentuate their look with conversational pieces of jewelry. The Communion wearer is a lover and collector of jewelry, who connects emotionally to the pieces they buy.

Store Policies
SHIPPING
All items are handcrafted and made to order. All shipments will have a turnaround time of 4 - 6 weeks.
All online orders in the United States are shipped via Fed Ex 2day with insurance and signature a flat rate shipping charge of $20.00. Please note that additional charges will apply for rush orders and international orders are $100 flat rate and shipped via UPS International.
RETURNS
Please let me know if you have any issues. Due to the nature of a handmade independent business, I cannot accept returns.
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.
If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
