All items are handcrafted and made to order. (Except One of A Kinds & Ready To Ship) All shipments will have a turnaround time of 4 - 8 weeks. 

All online orders in the United States are shipped via Fed Ex 2day with insurance and signature a flat rate shipping charge of $45.00.  Please note that additional charges will apply for rush orders and international orders are $100 flat rate and shipped via UPS International.

* If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt, and we will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you.  All custom work and discounted items are final sales. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
